Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns after the chips have been placed in your account. If you change your mind and don`t want the chips anymore we can refund your money ONLY BEFORE the chips were placed in your account. The period accepted for refund is 10 days.
If we consider fraud on your order or you cannot prove your photo ID verification we have permission to cancel or refund your order immediately.
